RubberHub™ was born like most things in the tire business – out of necessity. Designed by an owner/operator in the busy Southwestern Ontario tire market, RubberHub and its features were created as a tool to accomplish one specific thing: make the service call process much more organized and efficient.
RubberHub was first implemented and beta tested at a tire shop in Listowel, Ontario, for their two service trucks and multiple road service technicians. Handling all manner of farm, truck, and heavy equipment service calls on a daily basis, the Listowel shop quickly adopted RubberHub as their one and only method for booking, dispatching, and managing service calls. The time savings, efficiencies, and improved customer service were almost immediate.
Today there is no turning back for the Listowel shop. Gone are the days of staff miscommunications and disappointed customers. No more dirty, wrinkled, hand-scribbled service sheets. Even after hours services are greatly improved thanks to RubberHub.
The best is yet to come.
RubberHub™ was designed and ultimately intended for the end user. Farmers, truckers, fleet managers, and drivers in general will soon have access to RubberHub through a sleek, easy-to-use, mobile app. Anyone who finds themselves in need of tire service can quickly submit all the details of their tire service needs, directly to their preferred tire service provider, entirely through the RubberHub platform.
In addition, the platform is built to provide it’s members with the option to extend a service call to another dealer over the RubberHub™ network. When your customers need tire service outside of your regular service area, you will soon be able to use RubberHub to source another dealer, share the job info, and invoice the work right away.
