A. We prefer payment through pre-authorized automatic withdrawal but can also accept credit card payments. A member of our team will contact you or your admin staff before the conclusion of your free 60 day trial to setup payment arrangements.

Q. Is there a contract?

A. No, there is no contract for the free trial or your subscription following the trial. You may cancel anytime. Your fees will be prorated up to the day cancellation notice is received.

Q. Does RubberHub require techs to have their own cell phone or tablet?

A. For optimal use of the service, yes, techs should carry a smart phone or web-enabled tablet with them on the road. It is up to the individual dealer to provide a device or allow the techs to use their own.
